Biden Election Puts ‘Great Reset’ within Reach

By John Semmens — Semi-News — A Satirical Look at Recent News

Former Secretary of State John Kerry hailed Biden’s win over Trump in the 2020 election as “the spark that will give birth to the Great Reset that so many world leaders have been touting” and professed himself “blessed to be alive at the dawn of an extremely exciting time.”

John Semmens

“We are going to transform the United States and the globe away from the chaotic interlude of ‘America first’ and its insidious fomentation of selfish individualism that Trump tried to force on everyone,” Kerry bragged. “By electing Biden voters have voiced their disdain for the wrong turn taken after the 2016 election. The 80 million votes for the Biden-Harris ticket reveal an enthusiasm for a new, more socially united, and collectivist lifestyle that even the most astute observers did not predict. The day when the whole world is united in thought, word, and deed is at hand.”

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen says she is encouraged “that we will have a friend in the White House who will cooperate with our agenda to bring industry under social control, monitor and enforce proper behavior, and ensure that the Earth’s bounty is distributed more equitably. The notion that persons who are born smarter, stronger, and more enterprising should be permitted to hoard what they produce is inherently unjust. All humans have needs. It is up to enlightened leaders like ourselves to determine how these needs can be met. Taking from those who have more than they need and giving to those who have less is the obvious answer.”

New York Times columnist Ben Smith boasted that “the mainstream media institutions have become a bit more confident in trying to set the national agenda, trying to establish priorities that they think are the priorities rather than simply reporting the ‘news.’ The media’s greater dedication toward humanity’s ultimate destiny was demonstrated by the almost universal refusal to cover the Hunter Biden scandal. An unbiased approach could have undermined, or at least severely delayed, progress toward achieving the Great Reset.”

Massachusetts Passes Abortion Bill

Concerned that the addition of Amy Coney Barrett to the US Supreme Court might result in a future decision to allow more limits on abortion, the Massachusetts legislature attached a rider that loosens restrictions on the procedure in the state onto a budget bill. Current state law prohibits abortions after 24 weeks unless the mother’s life is at risk. Still, nearly 19,000 children died from abortions in 2019 under the current law.

The use of a rider to an unrelated bill was protested by the GOP Minority Leader Bruce Tarr who complained that “this backdoor maneuver is both unfair and unnecessary. A big policy change like this should have been preceded by a robust debate and an opportunity to consider amendments. That would have been the right way to handle such an important revision to our statutes. The Democrats have the majority and could still have gotten what they wanted even after a healthy debate.”

Senate President Emerita Harriette Chandler, who sponsored the pro-abortion legislation, characterized Tarr’s complaint as “an unwarranted waste of time. His admission that we had the votes to approve the change in the state’s abortion rules proves that we efficiently bypassed a fruitless discussion. Rather than dawdle while waiting for the Court to overturn Roe v. Wade we will now have rules in place that will guarantee that no woman in this state will have to endure the horror of giving birth to a child she doesn’t want.”

Did Voting Machines Steal Votes?

This week, lawyers challenging the reported results of the presidential voting in several states raised the issue of whether the internal Smartmatic programming of the Dominion voting machines used in these states may have altered the counts. It turns out that the software inside these machines allows for operators to insert formulas assigning a different weight to given votes. In 2017, Smartmatic Director Antonio Mugica boasted that the Smartmatic machines and software created a million phantom votes in the national elections in Venezuela.

Sidney Powell, one of the lawyers challenging the reported 2020 election results, wondered “why would a vote-counting machine need a feature that can assign a different weight to different votes? Isn’t each vote cast supposed to be one per person? Well, it seems to me that the ability to assign a different weight to votes for opposing contenders for an office allows a corrupt manipulation that is difficult to detect. If each vote for Biden were given a weight of 1.1 and each vote for Trump a weight of 0.9 a systemic bias would distort the real choices made by voters. For example, in an election where voters actually chose Trump over Biden by 54% to 46%, the weighted totals would show a 50.6% to 48.6% Biden lead.”

Dominion has vociferously denied Powell’s accusations. Eager to sort out the conflicting statements of the two sides, the Pennsylvania’s State Government Committee invited Dominion to attend a hearing to help discover the truth. However, none of the company’s executives showed up. State Representative Seth Grove, Chair of the Government Oversight Committee, voiced his disappointment, saying “last evening Dominion voting systems lawyered up and backed out of their commitment to provide input in a public format. Instead of bolstering public trust in our election integrity, dodging our hearing lends credibility to their accusers’ allegations. Why have they done this?”

Romney Dismisses Election Fraud

Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) dismissed President Trump’s accusation that fraud altered the outcome of the election “because he said before the election that if he were to lose, it would be because of voter fraud. That right there is enough to persuade me that Biden won fair and square.”

Asked if he would be as skeptical of a woman who predicted her boyfriend would beat her and she later showed up with cuts and bruises claiming that he did, the Senator replied “that’s a totally different situation. She probably had ample reason to predict the outcome. He may have exhibited anger issues that would have warranted her prediction.”

“Were you aware that prior to election day Vice-President Biden bragged that ‘we have put together the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics?’ or that last September, Dominion executive Eric Coomer guaranteed that ‘Trump’s not gonna win. I made f*cking sure of that!’?”

“No, I never heard either of those statements,” Romney said. “But even if I had it wouldn’t have changed my mind. Biden clearly is not of sound mind. We shouldn’t put too much credence in anything he says. And Coomer is someone I never heard of. He can’t possibly be in a high enough position to carry out his promise.”

“What about all the reported irregularities—votes cast in the name of persons long dead, precincts with more votes than eligible voters, boxes of votes delivered after GOP poll watchers were sent home, unsigned mail-in ballots, and computer glitches—shouldn’t these raise legitimate concerns?”

“Look, these so-called irregularities have been a feature of our elections for a long time,” Romney argued. “I think it’s time we recognized that they are more aptly described as ‘regularities.’ It wouldn’t surprise me to find out that I was cheated out of victory in 2012, but in my way of thinking making a big deal over cheating does more damage to voters’ confidence in the system than quietly accepting a raw deal. That’s the difference between a patriot like me and a narcissist like Trump.”

Vietnam Threatens Facebook

The Communist government of Vietnam has threatened to ban Facebook if it doesn’t step up its censorship of content critical of the government. At stake is an estimated billion dollars a year in revenue to Facebook.

It’s not like Facebook hasn’t been assiduously editing out or blocking anti-government statements. “We made an agreement in April,” said a Facebook spokesman. “We upheld our end of the agreement, and we expected the government of Vietnam to do the same, but now they want to exert even more control over us. It’s like they never heard of freedom of the press.”

Minister of Information and Communications Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng insisted that “it is the People’s Republic’s right to control communications in our country to ensure unity of thought and action. Bourgeois notions of free speech open up society to destructive anti-social misinformation. Facebook has already accepted this premise. We are only asking that they follow through as we require them to.”

The Vietnamese government’s position received a sympathetic expression of support from Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn) who agreed that “the goal of national unity is of supreme importance in every country. We have been having similar problems with Facebook and Twitter in America. They think their suppression of nonconforming opinions has been sufficient, but it’s not. They need to do more. In fact, they need to do whatever the government wants them to do. If our Party can win the two Georgia senate runoff elections in January, Democrats will have control of both houses of congress and, once Biden is inaugurated, the presidency. We will have the power to compel their obedience.”

In related news, Biden has named Richard Stengel to take the “team lead” position on the US Agency for Global Media. Last year Stengel wrote a Washington Post op ed in which he warned that “free speech is a threat to social and political harmony” and called for “government to more actively drive out lies” because “the average person isn’t capable of judging for himself what is or isn’t true. We don’t yet have the technology to detect and suppress incorrect thoughts, but until we do we must eradicate incorrect speech.”

Cuomo Wins Emmy

Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) has won this year’s International Emmy® Founders Award for his “dramatic and convincing portrayal of a man who cares about people” during the 111 daily briefings he gave on the COVID-19 pandemic earlier this year.

International Academy President & CEO, Bruce L. Paisner said “Gov. Cuomo effectively created television shows, with characters, plot lines, and stories of success and failure. The way he wheedled more than his state’s fair share of medical equipment out of a befuddled President Trump was masterful. The quantities of ventilators and hospital beds he persuaded Trump to hand over resulted in a massive unused surplus unmatched by anything seen in any other state. It was a genuinely spellbinding performance.”

The Founder’s Award is presented to an individual or organization who “crosses cultural boundaries to touch our common humanity.” Previous recipients include former Vice President Al Gore, Oprah Winfrey, and Steven Spielberg.

Not everyone was impressed by Cuomo’s performance. President Trump was especially critical, pointing out that “it was the ingenuity and generosity of the federal coronavirus response team that made it possible for the State of New York to escape the health disaster that Gov. Cuomo’s improvidence would have inflicted on its inhabitants. It is the benefactor, not the beggar, who deserves credit for the lives that were saved.”

The Emmy Award wasn’t the only unmerited commendation the Governor received this year. Despite his imposition of a cruel and excessive lockdown of the state’s economy that forced thousands of small businesses into bankruptcy and caused tens of thousands of wage earners to lose their jobs, Cuomo has been rewarded with a $25,000/year raise in his salary. This will make his $250,000 annual pay the highest for any governor in the country.

Crackpot COVID Cures

In response to the perceived “second wave” of COVID-19 cases, various luminaries are advancing lame ideas for dealing with it.

Though the largest controlled study of masks found no significant differences in COVID infection rates between those who did and didn’t wear masks, media proclaimed President-Elect Joe Biden recommends “that everyone wear a mask until my inauguration. This is the surest way to guarantee that there will be enough survivors for me to govern when I’m president.” Biden dismissed contentions that the type of masks that almost everyone has been wearing offer little to no protection, saying “I know that’s not true. I always wear a mask and have not gotten the virus. Trump often did not wear a mask and did get infected. There couldn’t be any clearer proof that masks work. Besides, wearing a mask shows your patriotism.”

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) is recommending that “we fight the virus by paying everyone to stay home. All the previous lockdowns were only partial. So-called essential businesses were allowed to remain open. Well, a study found that the most common place visited by those testing positive for the virus was supermarkets. Yet, supermarkets were designated as ‘essential businesses’ and allowed to stay open. We need to close this gap in our defenses against COVID. As I see it, if everything is closed down for six weeks, like President Biden has recommended, no one will get infected and the virus will die off.”

Gov. Kate Brown (D-Ore) announced a “two-week freeze” on virtually all business and recreational activities and penalties of up to 30 days in jail and/or fines up to $1,250 for anyone who violates her freeze decree. Ironically, the leading virus super-spreader sites—supermarkets—will be allowed to operate at up to 75% of capacity. “If everyone would just stay home for two weeks we can beat this plague,” Brown predicted.

Despite being told more than once by state court judges that she lacks the authority, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D-Mich) instituted a new “pause to save lives” and banned indoor dining. She also decreed that “for Thanksgiving no more than two households may gather at the same place for dinner. This is my moderate restriction. Ideally, if everyone were to dine alone for the remainder of the year we would beat back the COVID monster once and for all.” Reps. Beau LaFave, Matt Maddock and Daire Rendon threatened to launch an impeachment effort against her “for usurping powers that belong to the legislature.”

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif) declared that “it’s time to pull the emergency brake for all counties in the purple tier. People living in this high-risk zone must refrain from any non-essential movements or gatherings between the hours of 10 pm and 5 am unless they work in the entertainment industry, which I have determined to be an essential business. Holiday gatherings must be limited to a maximum of ten persons, all dining must be outdoors, participants must remain at least six feet apart, and masks must be worn at all times.” Newsom himself was observed attending an indoor dinner party where participants sat shoulder-to-shoulder and no one wore masks. Accosted for breaking the rules he prescribed, Newsom replied that “I forgot” and blamed “the stress of governing when so many are disobeying or criticizing” for his lapse of memory.

Trump Lawyer Doxxed

By John Semmens — Semi-News — A Satirical Look at Recent News

In a bid to further curry favor with a prospective Biden Administration, a group of Never-Trump Republicans and left-wing Democrats calling itself the “Lincoln Project” has published the names and addresses of two lawyers assisting President Trump’s effort to mount legal challenges against the state of Pennsylvania alleging voting irregularities, infractions of state law, and fraudulent ballots.

George Conway, co-founder of the Lincoln Project and merciless heckler of Trump and Kellyanne Conway–counselor to the president from 2017-2020 and George Conway’s wife—averred that “while it may be Trump’s legal right to contest the election in the courts, others may not want to aid and abet him. Trump is a social pariah. Those who associate with him should consider their own best interests. The information we published will enable those concerned with these lawyers’ future the opportunity to save them before it is too late.”

Socialist firebrand Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is taking a similar approach with her “Trump Accountability Project.” The Congresswoman warned that “all of the people who supported Trump, whether it be helping him to get elected in 2016 or carrying out his fascist policies for the last four years must answer for their crimes.”

In response to criticism that her project “resembles the kind of purges more commonly associated with tyrannical regimes,” she brushed them off, saying that “revolutionary justice isn’t constrained by the out-dated ideas of the bourgeois legal system that has hamstrung progressive policies in this country for far too long. We all know that these people are guilty of crimes against humanity. These crimes may not appear in the statutes, but they are known in the hearts and minds of every decent person. I hope that our courts will show that they are in sync with decency and proceed with a Nuremberg style trial. If they aren’t, the crimes will be punished directly by the people in the streets and neighborhoods wherever these anti-social villains can be found.”

CNN’s Jake Tapper observed that “it would be wise for those who have supported Trump to consider the possible consequences of their past actions. Once Trump is no longer in office there will be no one with the power to protect them from the pent-up rage of the last four years. Honest confessions of wrongdoing and sincere expressions of willingness to atone for what they’ve done is their only hope for reconciliation and mercy under a Biden Administration.”

Dead Voting for Democrats a “Vested Right”

A Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) study found that 21,000 deceased voters were illegally kept on Pennsylvania voter-registration lists and may have received vote-by-mail ballots. PILF President and General Counsel J. Christian Adams said “for nearly a year, we’ve been offering specific data on deceased registrants to Pennsylvania officials for proper handling ahead of what was expected to be a tight outcome on Election Day. Voter list maintenance mistakes open the door to fraudulent votes being cast.”

Secretary of State Kathryn Boockvar (D) dismissed the PILF complaint, asserting that “for one, the margin of victory for Joe Biden was more than the possibly illegal 21,000 votes alleged. Second, let me point out that ballots from deceased voters have been a part of the process in our state for many decades. There is a concept under the law known as ‘vested.’ This refers to situations where the mere repetition of a practice over an extended period of time establishes a right to continue the practice. As an example, one-time heavy-weight boxing champion Joe Frazier died in 2011, yet a ballot was cast in his name as recently as the 2018 election. For us to overturn this long-established vested right merely because it seems illegal to our Republican friends would disturb expectations and result in a grave injustice to those who have become accustomed to exercising this right.”

Karl Rove, chief of staff during the George W. Bush administration, echoed Boockvar’s observations, saying that “every election has some hanky-panky going on. We Republicans have learned that we have to live with a bit of Democrat cheating. Dead people casting ballots, boxes of bogus votes being found in the wee morning hours, Republican poll watchers being blocked from viewing poll workers run selected ballots through the counters multiple times, programming the counting machines to switch a percentage of Republican votes to Democrats—these are all part of the normal election process now. If Trump weren’t such an amateur at politics he wouldn’t be making such a fuss over it. He fails to realize that even if we lose we can still get a slice of the pork if we concede and cooperate. The sharing of the loot is what has kept the two Parties so convivial since the days of FDR.”

On the other hand, Trey Trainor, Chief Electoral Officer of the Federal Election Commission (FEC), disagreed with both Rove and Boockvar. “Cheating is never acceptable,” he said. “Decades of unchallenged fraud do not establish a vested right to continue doing it. Blocking poll watchers from having meaningful opportunities to observe the votes being counted is, by itself, sufficient reason to declare the process illegitimate and that’s what I expect the Supreme Court will declare if they hear the case.”

Biden Gets Pope’s Blessing

This week, devout Catholic Joe Biden spoke with Pope Francis and says “I received both his blessing and congratulations on my landslide victory in the election.” Biden described the Pope as “a cool guy. He totally understands the difference between matters of faith and matters of politics.”

“For instance, we both know that government promotion of abortion and suppression of religious activities is wrong from the perspective of the Catholic faith. But we both understand that in a democracy the majority’s will prevails. Though I personally shed a tear for each child killed by abortion, as a leader of a democracy it is my obligation to ensure that every woman who doesn’t want her unborn child should have a legal right to terminate that child’s life. And if she can’t afford to pay for it, as president I have the duty to ensure that public funds will cover the cost. Likewise, if my medical experts tell me we have to shut down churches to fight the coronavirus it is my obligation to use the powers vested in me as president to shut them down.”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif), also a devout Catholic, contrasted “Joe Biden’s nuanced grasp of the divergent spheres of moral beliefs and political necessity” with Trump’s “bull-headed attempt to merge the two. Just a few days ago his emissaries told the United Nations that abortion is not a human right, that all lives born and unborn should be protected. I suppose he thinks he is a champion for the children who are sacrificed at the request of their mothers. But as we have seen, Joe has spoken directly with the Pope and gotten his blessing for the efforts he has undertaken to ensure that these requests can be fulfilled without interference or shame.”

Rules Aren’t for Rulers

Now that the COVID hysteria has seemingly done its job of scaring enough voters to vote against President Trump, a glimpse of its potential for reshaping America is coming into better focus. Although the severity of the virus appears to have diminished since the deadly days of Spring, the number of cases has soared with the dramatic expansion of testing that is now available. More cases are inspiring mayors and governors to impose more infringements on personal liberty.

Citing the rise in COVID cases, Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser (D) has announced new restrictions on travel “to help fight the spread of this disease.” The restrictions include an admonition against unnecessary travel and a requirement for anyone who arrives in DC to self-quarantine for 14 days. Ignoring her own rules, the Mayor traveled to Delaware to participate in a “super-spreader” Biden victory celebration. She later claimed that this travel was exempt from her rules because “as Mayor, all of my travel is essential travel.”

To combat the spread of COVID, Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot (D) issued a 30-day long stay-at-home advisory urging residents to avoid traveling, hosting house guests, or leaving their residence for any non-essential purpose. She also called for residents to cancel their Thanksgiving plans. Yet, she had no qualms about attending a “super-spreader” Biden victory celebration without wearing a mask and mingling shoulder-to-shoulder with others in the crowd. The Mayor insisted that “it was essential that I demonstrate proper respect for our new president even at grave risk to my own safety. This is what great leaders do.”

In California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) instituted new restrictions limiting the size of family gatherings for Thanksgiving to a maximum of ten people, banning indoor activities, requiring masks be worn between bites of turkey, and that social-distancing be maintained at all times. Neighbors were urged to tattle on neighbors so police would know where to go to break up nonconforming celebrations. This week, the Governor attended a dinner for 12 at the French Laundry restaurant in Napa County. Nathan Click, communications director for Newsom, pointed out that “it may have seemed to violate the spirit of the Governor’s rules for gatherings, but in his defense let me point out that it wasn’t a Thanksgiving Day gathering. Besides, he is the governor and has the authority to exempt himself or anyone else from any rules he has prescribed for the state.”

COVID Hysteria’s “Second Wind”

Tesla entrepreneur Elon Musk expressed skepticism that the claimed resurgence of COVID is real. “I had myself tested four times in one day,” Musk said. “Twice I was told I was positive for COVID. Twice I was told I was negative for COVID. The BD Veritor System for Rapid Detection of SARS-CoV-2 was used for each test. Each test was administered by the same nurse at the same facility. The national COVID database now shows two new cases of the disease—both of them me. But I have no symptoms. I think the claim that rising numbers of cases justify a new round of oppressive decrees by the government is bogus.”

Even the New York Times thinks that only 10% of the reported positive tests for COVID are worthy of concern. “Ninety percent of those testing positive carry barely any trace of the virus,” the Times reported. “Most of these people are not likely to be contagious. We live in a world full of germs, but we are not at risk of an immanent lapse into severe illness and death because our immune systems successfully fight off the pathogens. The notion that we must lock down the economy and order everyone to stay at home is not supported by the scientific evidence.”

MSNBC producer Kyle Griffin criticized both Musk and the Times “for undermining the narrative that has kept America safe from COVID these past eight months. Fear has been the motivating factor persuading people to obey the government decrees that have helped save lives. Once fear is no longer potent obedience will wane. Too many people will resume normal lives and the window of opportunity for transforming the governance of this country into a more progressive mold will have closed.”

Self-proclaimed COVID expert Dr. Anthony Fauci seconded Griffin’s perspective, saying that “I know that Americans value their independence, but now is not the time for them reclaim their liberty. It is the time for them to do as they are told.”

Despite waning severity of COVID, another round of lockdowns is being contemplated. Dr. Michael Osterholm, a COVID adviser to Joe Biden, is prescribing “a four to six week nationwide lockdown to control the pandemic and revive the economy.” So far this year many states were in lockdown status for periods much longer than six weeks. Nevertheless, the virus is still here and the economy took a beating. How a repeat of that experiment on an even larger scale is expected to turn out differently is a mystery.

Biden adviser Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel expressed even more extreme views on the subject. Based on his assertion that no one should want to live past the age of 75, Emanuel recommends against allowing those over this age to be vaccinated. “It is precisely because this age cohort has been shown to be the most vulnerable to COVID that we should allow nature to harvest them,” Emanuel said. “It makes no sense to prolong the lives of these useless eaters. Any vaccines we develop should go toward saving the lives of younger and more useful people, particularly those in the Third World who have been oppressed by America’s prosperity for generations.”

In New York, Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), the mastermind behind the state’s nursing home massacre, is desperate to stop the Trump Administration from distributing any COVID vaccine. “If Trump is allowed to start a vaccination program he will get the credit that should go to President Biden,” Cuomo complained. “There are only two more months to his term. There has to be a way for our Party to delay the availability of a vaccine until he is out of office. Perhaps President-Elect Biden could issue an executive order blocking distribution of the vaccine until after January 21st. After that he can claim credit for conquering COVID. He may even get a Nobel Prize for medicine if he succeeds in taking credit.”

“We’re also going to have to take a look at Pfizer and BioNTech for prematurely announcing the success of their vaccine trials,” Cuomo said. “They were smart enough to hold off making this announcement until after election day. They should have been smarter. We need to come to an agreement on how they can best make amends for what they’ve done. Maybe they should make a major donation to the Democratic National Committee. Maybe they should make Hunter Biden their business partner. Anyway, we all should be thinking about how we can get a piece of their action.”

State Sen. Townsend Calls For Audit, Recount of Vote

BY Bowen Xiao, Epoch Times, November 14, 2020

PHOENIX—Arizona state Senator-elect Kelly Townsend said there should “absolutely” be an audit and an accurate recount as soon as possible in the state, adding that voter confidence for many has been damaged.

Townsend, a Republican who serves the 16th Legislative District, said she has a “long list of things that are questionable” and that hundreds of Arizonians have contacted her over perceived irregularities and concerns over the integrity of the state’s election process.

“We need an audit and a recount—there are too many uncertainties and until we do that, I don’t think there’s enough confidence to have a healthy election in the future,” she told The Epoch Times. “We need to reassure the people that their vote counted because right now it is chaos.”

Townsend said she has “no faith” in the state’s election process, adding that “the vote should not be certified under these circumstances.”

“The biggest issue is voter confidence,” she added. “If you don’t have voter confidence you have big problems—and we don’t have voter confidence.”

Thousands of Arizonians have rallied peacefully across downtown Phoenix over the past week over what they see as a lack of transparency and a fraudulent and corrupt election process. Voters have gathered at the state’s capitol and also outside the Maricopa County Elections Department, where the ballots are being still counted.

One of the concerns brought up to Townsend was that when voters dropped off their ballots into a wooden box, or a cardboard box, there was no tabulation of their ballot in front of them and they had no record of them actually voting. Others also talked about having no receipt at all that their ballots were counted. Townsend said she is contacting the county recorder’s office for answers.

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden remains in the lead in Arizona with the latest ballot count on Thursday night. Biden’s lead over President Donald Trump continues to shrink—from 11,635 to 11,434—but with few remaining ballots left to tally. Organizations that call races joined Fox News and the Associated Press in projecting a Biden win.

According to Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, a Democrat, just 10,315 ballots are left to count, including about 1,000 in Maricopa County. The difference between the candidates in percentage terms is 0.34 percent. An automatic recount is triggered in Arizona if the margin falls within 0.1 percent or 200 votes, whichever is the smaller number.

The Epoch Times will not declare a winner of the election until all results are certified and any legal challenges are resolved.

The Trump campaign has filed a lawsuit in Arizona over alleged rejected votes in Maricopa County, the largest county in Arizona. The campaign stated that some in-person votes were disregarded because of improper guidance from poll workers.

An Arizona Superior Court Judge has ruled to keep evidence provided by the Trump campaign unsealed in the lawsuit, while agreeing to redact any identifying information.

The Republican Party of Arizona has also launched a lawsuit seeking a hand count of votes by precinct, as opposed to by voting center, arguing that this could yield a more accurate sampling of vote tallies. The lawsuit seeks to enforce a hand count by precinct, arguing that this is required by state statute.

Trump’s campaign early on predicted that the president would win the state and its 11 Electoral College votes.

On Thursday morning, Trump himself pressed for an audit of Arizona’s vote tallies.

“From 200,000 votes to less than 10,000 votes,” Trump wrote on Twitter in reference to a local news outlet that shows Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s lead in the state slowly dwindling. “If we can audit the total votes cast, we will easily win Arizona also!”

It’s not just in Arizona where concerns over the integrity of the election have popped up.

“In other states it looks very similar,” Townsend said. “It’s suspiciously similar. Everywhere you turn there are things that are collapsing voter confidence.”

Trump Narrows AZ Gap To 10,000 Votes

All votes in Maricopa County have been counted, and as of Saturday morning, President Donald Trump trailed by 10,016 votes. Due to the prevalence of voter fraud nationwide, there should be a recount in Arizona and other states with close results.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel Kiley on Friday dismissed claims filed on behalf of Donald Trump’s campaign, the Republican National Committee and the Arizona Republican Party as moot, meaning further legal proceedings would be pointless.

In the race for Arizona Corporation Commission, Conservative Leah Marquez Peterson has gone into the lead over Socialist Ana Tovar by 58 votes. Conservatives Jim O’Connor and Steve Sloan rank third and fourth respectively. The top three will serve on the commission.

In the close race for Congressional District 6, David Schweikert did prevail. Conservatives held their four U.S. House seats, but now make up only four of 11 of the state’s congressional seats.

Conservatives hold 16 of the state’s 30 seats in the Arizona Senate and 31 of 60 seats in the Arizona House of Representatives.

Allister Adel, another conservative, won a close race for Maricopa County attorney.

Socialist incumbent Paul Penzone held on to his Maricopa County sheriff’s position, defeating Conservative Jerry Sheridan by 174,000 votes. Penzone has done nothing to combat trafficking.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Bruce Cohen, who we urged a “NO” vote on, easily retained his undeserved seat on the bench. The former rock concert promoter had allowed a deadbeat dad to avoid providing medical insurance for his two young children.

On Thursday morning, Maricopa County’s Socialist Recorder Adrian Fontes conceded to Conservative Stephen Richer.

“I’ve likened this office to a referee in a football game,” Richer told Phoenix Channel 5 News. “If the referee is doing a good job, you’re not talking about the referee. That’s my aspiration. I really appreciate you having me on here [‘Good Morning Arizona’], but hopefully, you’re not talking about me too, too much in the future.”

McSally Concedes To ‘China Boy’ Kelly

Mark “China Boy” Kelly is 78,000 votes ahead of incumbent Senator Martha McSally, who released the following statement Friday:

With nearly all the votes counted, I called Mark Kelly this morning to congratulate him on winning this race. I also offered support in his transition to ensure Arizonans are best served during this time. I wish him all the best.

It has been an absolute honor to fight for and serve Arizona in the U.S. Senate, especially during these unprecedented times. Thanks to Governor Ducey for giving me this extraordinary opportunity to serve. I will always be inspired by the strength, resilience, innovation, and compassion that I witnessed from Arizonans as I traveled throughout our great state. I will never forget what I learned from all of you.

I will miss engaging with Arizonans to hear their challenges and how I could help when I deployed to D.C. I am so grateful for the opportunity to solve many problems through legislation, secure funding and pandemic relief for Arizona, deliver results to constituents getting the run around from bureaucracies, and fight for the hardworking people of our amazing state.

While falling short, I am deeply humbled to have received the second most votes ever cast by Arizonans for a statewide race. I am thankful for the more than 1.6 million Arizonans who voted for me and everyone who dedicated their time, resources, and prayers to our campaign. Like nearly everything in my life, it was a high-risk, high-purpose fight. Thank you to all my faithful wingmen and wingwomen. I am proud of our effort, as we truly left it all out on the field.

After fighting for our country for more than three decades—the last nine in the political arena—I trust God will lead me to my next mission to make a difference after I get a little rest.

Thank you, Arizona! It’s been an honor to serve you, and I know our future is bright and blessed.”

Maricopa County GOP Chair Resigns After Blunder

Rae Chornenky, the chairperson of the Maricopa County Republican Party, resigned under pressure from her position after State Sen. Kelly Townsend criticized her for failing voter machine verification. In the era of mass voter fraud, it is unconscionable for a party official to not be present for such a procedure. Sen. Townsend serves Arizona well and she made a gutsy and correct call on this.

State Sen. Townsend Calls For GOP Leader’s Resignation

By Jon Dougherty, BPR Business & Politics

A Republican state representative in Arizona is calling on Maricopa County’s top GOP officials to resign after accusing them of failing to certify electronic voting machines ahead of Election Day.

“I just found our that Maricopa County GOP Chairman Rae Chornenky failed to show up to certify the Dominion / Machines.  For this reason, I call for her resignation, along with her 1st Vice Chair,” Rep. Kelly Townsend wrote on Twitter Monday evening.

In a follow-up tweet Monday night, Townsend repeated her call in a post that included a photo of what appears to be a state “Certificate of Accuracy” for voting equipment.

“I formally & publicly call on Rae Chornenky  & 1st Vice Chair Linda Brickman (who should have been there in her stead if she could not make it) to resign effective immediately.  This is 100% unacceptable & has contributed to the collapse of Arizona voter confidence,” she wrote.

The certificate, dated Oct. 6, contains the signatures of three officials with the Arizona Secretary of State’s office and one from the Democratic Party. No Republican officials appear to have signed the document.

A Twitter account listed as “Rae Chornenky” responded to Townsend’s second tweet with this post: “I’ll tell you what, I’ll resign when you sprout even an ounce of integrity and obtain the intelligence to check your facts before spreading filth about a person whom you don’t know on a topic about which you have not the slightest clue.”

Townsend answered, “Not a surprising response.  Do you want to establish publicly that I am wrong?  I will be ordering the sign-in sheets from the Pre-L&A, will your name be on it?  Will any Republican’s name be on it?  Was Gina forced to watch from behind glass?  Why were you not on top of things?”

The back-and-forth comes as ballots in Arizona continue to be counted a week after polls closed in the state. On Election Night, Fox News and some other media outlets called the state for Democratic candidate Joe Biden, though most outlets have since declared the state undecided.

Depressing: Would-be VOTER FRAUD PRESIDENT Delivers Defeatest Carter-esque Message

By Rush Limbaugh, Nov. 9, 2020

So, there’s Joe Biden, who thinks he’s been elected president, and he hasn’t been yet. He has not been elected president. There hasn’t been a certified vote yet. Media networks do not proclaim — well, they can proclaim, but they do not determine — who presidents are, and he is not president yet. But he’s acting like it.

Man, was this guy sad. Man, is this guy just apocalyptic and down in the dumps. So he said today that he was gonna meet with his new COVID advisory board. And they were gonna finally get serious on dealing with the pandemic because, as you know, not a single thing up to now has been serious about COVID. Nah, because Trump has been running it. Of course, that means we can’t take anything seriously ’cause Trump is an incompetent boob, doesn’t know what he’s been doing.

So, I just wanted to warn everybody here that we are on the verge of, you know, we’re gonna get the Biden COVID vaccine, we’re gonna get the Biden economic recovery, we’re gonna get the Biden this and the Biden that, everything that needs to be fixed, everything that needs to be ramped up, everything needs to be resolved is going to be said by the media to have been resolved by Biden.

We’re gonna be hearing about the COVID Biden vaccine. We’re gonna be hearing about the Biden economic recovery. We’re gonna be hearing about the Biden end to looting and arson. All of this, I just want you to be ready for it. I wanted to get here and have a chance to say this before Biden, but Biden knows the drill more than Republicans do. He knew to beat this program to the punch on that.

But it doesn’t matter. What he said, if you’re just joining us, if you missed what he said — and I don’t blame you, folks. I know that more and more of you are just tuning media out. And I totally understand, including Fox News, I totally understand that. If there was ever a day, if there was ever a time for devout, exclusive listening to the EIB Network, then today it is.

So, there’s Biden, and I’m watching this. And his overall demeanor is one of great sadness. He’s very down in the dumps, very, very disappointed. And it’s all an act, of course. It’s designed to convey the seriousness and the sadness that is associated with COVID-19. And the sum total of the Biden COVID plan is you will wear a mask. You’re gonna wear a mask, folks.

A mask is magic. A mask, said Joe Biden, is not political. No, no, no, no. If we all wear a mask, why, we’re gonna bring our country together. Oh, yeah. We are going to unify. If everybody just wears the mask, why, we are in fat city. We’re gonna fix it all. We’re gonna fix everything Donald Trump broke. We are going to reunite. We are going to bring the country back together. And in the process of wearing a mask, guess what you’re doing? You’re giving something back.

You notice the left always thinks that you, the people that make the country work, always have something to give back. They never think that the rioters and the looters have anything to give back, though. But you do. Somehow you owe. You owe the country. According to todays Democrat Party and the left, you need to give something back. And so you can do that by wearing a mask. If you would just wear a mask, why, it’s magic what would happen. We’d all come together and we would all make statements that are not political.

I think it’s just a disappointing tragedy what has happened here. And I’ll tell you what needs to be the focus. Yeah. This is such great news. You see what happened with Dow futures today? And now the stock market’s up 1200 points. The futures were up 1200 points because Pfizer stated their vaccine is 90 percent effective, and let me tell you something. Joe Biden had nothing to do with the vaccine, but he’s gonna get credit for it. It’s going to be the Biden vaccine. He had nothing to do with it.

The Democrat Party should get no credit whatsoever. They have been berating the vaccine. They have been suggesting that it’s false, they have been suggesting that Trump is lying about it, that it is not gonna be ready in time, and even if it is, it isn’t gonna work. They’ve been irresponsibly ripping the vaccine institutionally. They have been suggesting to people that if Trump is responsible for it, they can’t trust it. Trump doesn’t make it. Trump’s not a scientist in a laboratory wearing a white coat or a blue coat making a vaccine.

This is Pfizer, this is Johnson & Johnson, this is BioNTech — all reputed scientific companies — and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have both been denigrating the entire concept of a vaccine because Trump would be behind it or because Trump would benefit from it. They have been actively trying to persuade people not to take it.

Governor Cuomo, too, because Trump has been… People are irresponsible. So now we’ve got the announcement from Pfizer that their vaccine is 90 percent effective. This causes the stock market to jump an incredible amount. The president’s said time after time that vaccines were coming. The Democrats said that he was a liar, that if such a vaccine was ready, they wouldn’t trust it because he was behind it.

And now, my, how things have changed. We’ve got the so-called president-elect Joe Biden, and all is well. CNN’s even stopped the COVID-19 countdown. I have it right here in my formerly nicotine-stained fingers. Monday, November 2nd, 10:30 a.m., here’s the CNN screenshot: Coronavirus pandemic globally total cases in the United States, total cases, total deaths.

One week later, November 9th, 2020, 10:30 a.m., a screen grab of CNN’s main page. Not a single mention of coronavirus! We told you that coronavirus was going to vanish after the election, and it has. We didn’t tell you the virus itself was going to vanish. Don’t confuse things. We didn’t say they were gonna do…

We said it was gonna stop being a big issue. And why is it gonna stop being a big issue? Because they don’t want to lay it off on Biden. We’re gonna have a cure. We’re gonna have a vaccine. It’s gonna be the Biden vaccine, not the Trump vaccine. Biden did all this magically while sequestered in his basement.

We told you, “After the election, the virus is going to be way, way diminished,” and so it has been, starting out in the pages of the Drive-By Media and also their television screens. It’s just amazing. In a so-called President-elect Biden world, all is well. Utopia has arrived! Vaccines? Vaccines? Why, we’re gonna be able to trust them now!

Except Andrew Cuomo says, “No! Unless we can get this vaccine out of Trump’s hands and transfer it to Biden’s, we still shouldn’t trust it.” It’s all about whether they succeed in persuading people that Biden had more to do with the creating and the shepherding of the vaccine than Trump did.

So the Dow futures were up 1200 points. Pfizer, BioNTech, COVID-19 vaccine: 90% effective.
