Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is planning a second press conference in the next few weeks to announce more findings about President Barack Obama’s birth place controversy and eligibility to serve as president.Last month, Sheriff Joe announced his investigators had confirmed what graphic designers had previously reported: there is probable cause that Obama’s long form birth certificate was doctored.
