Author of 1070 Reacts

Kris Kobach, the attorney who authored Senate Bill 1070, expressed disappointment that the Supreme Court ruled against three provisions of the law. Speaking on the Laura Ingraham radio program this morning, he said: "This should have been a 100-percent victory for Arizona."
